Here we have managed to organize a set of prayers for the week. It is very pleasant and also customary to start the day with good thoughts so that the whole day is peaceful and manageable. As the programme for earc day is variable it has been arrangedn in such a way that each day starts with its corresponding programme.

Introduction
We devote to Lord Subramanya and Sri Anjenya
Lord Subramanya according to the mythology is the younger son of lord Shiva not directly born to Parvathi. He is composition of 6 children who were picked up together by Parvathy in a result he became Shanmuga(Six Faced). Blending all these 6 together except for the heads. In Tamilnadu mainly there is a lot of literature and puranic stories related to him. Enormous number of people are deveotees of Lord Subramanya more popularly in this part of the country as Lord Muruga. ( Tamil Meaning: beauty personified ).

Lord Anjeneya
Lord Anjeneya is a personal comrade, friend and devotee of Lord Rama who had been everything for him. He is a great scholar, well versed with agamas and shashtras.He is a Chiranjeevi meaning immortal. He carries always Rama in his heart and wherever Rama's praise is there by any devotee Anjeneya makes his presence. In fact in the war between Lord Rama and Ravana at one stage Rama , Laskhamana almost went into deep coma due to Indrajit's (Ravana's son) powerful arrows. Anjeneya saved them by getting the holy herbal extract sanjeevi.
