Kriyas are procedure used for cleansing mainly the respiratory system and the digestive system. There are six kriyas generally enumerated namely Dhrauthi, Basthi, Nethi, Nauli, Thrataka and Kapal Bhati. Of these Nethi, Kapal Bhati are related to the respiratory tract. Dhrauthi, Basti and Nauli are related to the Gastro Intestinal Tract. Whereas Thrataka is related to meditation, where concentration is the aim of this procedure.
